Note: Hager Worldwide
is a wholesale dental products company serving Dental and Lab Dealers in North
America and Canada. We are unable to sell products directly to dental
offices. If you are a dental office and are interested in Hager Worldwide
products please contact your preferred dental dealer.

Need to Return a product
To return a product to
Hager Worldwide,
you'll need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This can be done by
contacting our service department at (800)
328-2335.
No product return or credit adjustment
will be processed without pre-approval!
A copy of the invoice or work order
must accompany the returned product.
We'll need the following information to authorize your return: -
Customer name - Invoice/Work Order number - Item number(s) - Nature of
the problem
Returns for
Exchanges:
Only saleable merchandise
in unopened original packaging may be exchanged for other Hager Worldwide
products, without a restocking charge, provided the exchange is made within
thirty (30) days of Hager Worldwide's shipping date.
After thirty (30) days of
shipment date, a minimum of 25% restocking charge will be assessed.
All returns for exchange must be
made with freight prepaid by the customer.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
Returns for Credit:
Saleable
merchandise, in unopened original packaging may be returned for full merchandise
credit within thirty (30) days, credit id based on the lowest price billed to
the dealer for the merchandise, less a minimum of 25% restocking charge. If
product is unused but repacking is required, a minimum of 30% restocking fee
will will be charged
All returns for
credit must be made with freight prepaid by the customer.
ORIGINAL
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.
